Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via tracked courier services. Delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination.

Important notice

Packaging & cold chain
Sealed & Labeled
All vials are sealed, labeled with compound name, lot number, and concentration for full traceability.
Cold-Chain Packaging
Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain materials including insulated packaging and ice packs when required.
Discreet Labeling
Outer packaging uses discreet labeling with no reference to compound names or Ameritide Elite branding for privacy.
Tamper-Evident Seals
All packages include tamper-evident seals so you can verify your order has not been opened or compromised in transit.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
